All orders will be shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the day after posting. For information on any delays to this service, please visit the Royal Mail website. This service is being offered free of charge to all customers in the UK.

We aim to dispatch all ‘Ready to Ship’ orders within 48 business hours of order confirmation. If there is a delay, we will let you know. 
Any orders placed on a Friday will be packed and shipped out on the next working day. Items that are on back order and need to be made up or manufactured will require a 4-6 week lead time. We will keep in touch with you regarding the progress and will advise once the item has been posted.
