All orders will be shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. For information on any delays to this service, please visit the Royal Mail website. This service is being offered free of charge to all customers in the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. If you need your order urgently, please contact us prior to ordering. 
Any orders placed on a Friday will be packed and shipped out on the next working day.

If you live internationally and would like to purchase something, please email azurejewelleryworkshop@gmail.com telling us which item you would like to purchase and your location. We will need to look into the best postal option and relevant costs involved if needs be. All international orders will need to be agreed beforehand as there may be an additional postage cost incurred.
